Take a break & unwind in our lovely one bedroom apartment joined onto our family home. Trebygan is located in the village of Townshend just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Hayle. We are in a central location with easy access to both the north and South coast but you will need a car as we are in a rural location. We are 15mins away from St Ives, Penzance & Helston, 10 mins from St Michaels Mount & Pra Sands. We are ideally located for countryside walks. The space Trebygan is a one bedroom apartment with solid oak flooring throughout. It has a fully fitted kitchen with built in cooker, fridge & washing machine. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed with bedside tables, built in wardrobe & chest of drawers. The shower room is well equipped with corner shower, toilet & freestanding sink, mirrored cabinet & natural stone flooring. There is space out the front with patio chairs & a table, also a lawned area with a washing line. There is also space to park & charge your car. Guest access You have access through your own front door with a key safe to allow for self check in. Other things to note One child under the age of 2yrs can be accommodated and a travel cot & highchair can be provided
