Guest access The home and neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors know each other and are very friendly. You will have 1 reserved, off-street parking spaces on the north side of the house. It is well-lit at night, and we have a motion activated security camera which monitors the area. The other tenant who lives on the north side of the duplex will park next to you - (there is room for 4 cars - 1 for you and 3 for them.). There are 2-3 photos of the parking area shown in the listing as well. There is also plenty of free street parking in the quiet neighborhood available for you or your guests. You will have access to the home with a secure, keyless entry using a keypad, and can use the personal entry code provided to you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note All utilities including Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, and High Speed Internet are all included and paid by the owner, valued over $450 per month! Backyard and AC are all shared with the tenant on the other side of the duplex. AC is set to keep temperature between 68-72. Absolutely no parties and no smoking allowed.
