The comfortable studio at the foot of the slopes!

A breathtaking view! Comfortable studio for 4 people, tastefully renovated in the heart of Super Devoluy. South-facing terrace, put on your skis (or hiking poles) downstairs from the building with direct access to the slopes. Many shops, bars, restaurants, bowling, cinema, laundry... Estate coupled with the Joue du Loup. In summer, the resort is a delight for hikers, mountain bikers and families with many activities (water games, tubing track (buoys), tree climbing...) The space Accommodation for 4 people at the foot of the slopes with balcony of 8 m² and private ski locker, south-facing at the foot of the slopes. You will find a fridge, a two-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a Tassimo coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette machine, an electric pancake maker, a dishwasher, a connected TV, a vacuum cleaner, many household accessories to simplify your stay, a sofa bed that converts to a 140*190 bed, a bunk bed with two 90*190 beds, a bathroom with storage and a bathtub. Duvets and pillows (60*60 cm) are provided, however linens and towels are at your expense. The Super Dévoluy concierge, reachable by phone or email (you can easily find their contact details on the internet because I am not authorized to publish them here) and located at the end of the "Le Bois d'Aurouze" building, offers more than fair rates. It's super convenient when you don't want to complicate your stay with sheets, etc… The complete linen pack consists of: fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, bath towels (150 by 70) and bath mat for a four-person studio (Reservations recommended). If you prefer, however, to bring your own bedding, please cover the duvets with duvet covers (not just sheets). Remember that kitchen towels are not provided and not rented. You will find tips and good deals for the resort as well as instructions in the red notebook. When you arrive, you have to turn on the electricity meter and open the water valve. We're working to be eco-responsible. The hot water tank is programmed to work only at night. At the bottom of the accommodation, you have containers for household and recyclable waste (cardboard, glass, paper). Guest access Self check-in and checkout thanks to the key box located on the studio door. Access to the studio through the Les Issarts residence, free covered parking in front of the building. The accommodation inventory must be completed and sent by photo on Airbnb messaging no later than the morning after check-in. Cleaning and replacement of consumables are the responsibility of our guests, i.e. YOU MUST CLEAN BEFORE LEAVING ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF THE ACCOMMODATION and REPLACE WHAT YOU HAVE CONSUMED. If the accommodation is not returned clean or the consumables are incomplete, we will ask you to refund us a lump sum of €50. The accommodation MUST BE RETURNED SCRUPULOUSLY ACCORDING TO THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS DESCRIBED IN THE PHOTO IN THE RED BINDER. On the day of checkout, you will need to send us photos of each room BEFORE leaving. By booking this listing, you agree to accept all the operating rules. End-of-year, February and Easter school holidays: weekly booking only. Weekly reservations preferred for July and August as well. If, however, the requested dates are available at the last minute, we can consider a booking proposal of less than a week. Other things to note A final word: It is important to us that you have a pleasant stay with us in the best conditions, however here are some recommendations to take with kindness: You are in a family apartment, ours, far from the rental apartments of the tourist residence chains (we have been tenants of this type of accommodation, so we know their advantages and disadvantages very well), you have before your eyes the dream of a lifetime (thanks to Crédit Lyonnais!), months of renovations entirely carried out by our little hands (we no longer count the light bulbs), in short our little corner of paradise! We have tried to provide a lot of comfort and details, first because we take advantage of it from time to time and then because we know what it is to travel miles to go on vacation and that it is still nicer to find everything or almost everything on arrival. Therefore, we look to you to take the utmost care. We also rely on the common sense of our guests who stay with us to behave kindly in our home.
