Welcome to our private seaside escape in the Swedish archipelago. With no neighbors in sight and a 60-meter private jetty, this newly renovated home (2023) offers unmatched tranquility and comfort. Whether you’re a family, a couple or a group of friends, you’ll enjoy the open garden, stylish interiors, sunset BBQs and the freedom of a boat trip to nearby islands. The guest house enables the big family or large group of friends to sleep comfortably up to 5+2 people. The space A charming, lush private path from the main road leads you into an expansive, open garden. Beyond the parking area (which accommodates up to three cars), you’ll find both the main house (80 sqm) and the cozy guest house - each renovated in 2023. The main house combines modern Scandinavian design with a warm, home-like feeling. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with large windows facing the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and full-size fridge/freezer, and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and heated floors. The two bedrooms include one with a queen-size bed and one with a family bunk bed (140 + 90 cm), making the house ideal for families, couples or friends. Both the living room and main bedroom open onto a spacious 45 square meter terrace, perfect for lazy breakfasts, evening dinners or just soaking in the stillness. The house is equipped with both AC and heating, ensuring year-round comfort, whether you're visiting in the summer or the middle of winter. In addition to the main house, there is a charming guest house with a queen-size bed. This space is included for groups of five guests or more, but can also be made available to smaller groups for a small additional cleaning fee. The surrounding nature is what truly makes this place special. The large garden is bordered by trees and wildflowers, and several seating areas let you enjoy sun, shade and silence throughout the day. The private jetty reaches out into the calm sea and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or watching the sun set behind the islands. A rowing boat is available if you want to explore the nearby archipelago, fish, or simply drift. A gas grill is provided during the warmer months, and the fiber internet makes it easy to stream movies or work remotely if needed. Whether you're visiting for summer swims and outdoor meals, or crisp winter walks and cozy evenings indoors, this is a home that works in all seasons.
