Palermo's Family House for Students

The space We offer a private room for just one student at a time coming to Buenos Aires for studying and looking for a familiar atmosphere. The minimum stay is 1 month. We don't receive tourists. We don't offer rooms per day. In our place I live with my seventeen-year-old son. We have extra space and we would like to meet people from all over the world. We love travelling and interacting with new cultures. With regard to the property, it's a renovated old house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living-room, a dining-room, two terraces with a barbecue area and a servants' quarter. Guest access Guests have access to the living-room, the dining-room, the kitchen and the terrace with its grill. There is also free wifi access for all guests and the bedroom offered is equiped with TV and DVD. ---- A LADY OF OUR TRUST CLEANS THE HOUSE (without extra charge for guests) ---- During your stay My son and I have activities during the day so it's possible we will ineract just at night or weekends. That's why we are looking for people coming to Buenos Aires for studies.
