Being 15 minutes up mountain from Hilo means that its a pleasant few degrees cooler up here. Also, we are close enough to downtown for food, parks, shops, and nightlife to be a short drive away and far enough outside of it to be quiet and separate from the hum and buzz. A rental car from the airport, taxi or an active Uber account will be necessary to get to and from our space. We can pick you up from the airport for small fee. We now have a cat! Its mostly outdoor but will eat inside. Very friendly and loving and sweet girl.
