An amazing condo in a great complex. You’ll love my place because of the ocean, the views and location. Sea Village is beautiful complex about 1 mile south of Kailua Village. Close to everything yet away from the crowds. This peaceful oasis is set back from Ali'i Drive and it's traffic. My condo is about as far away from the road as you can get, the only sounds you will hear are the waves breaking on the sea wall below. Well equipped, well maintained and very clean for your enjoyment. The ocean front condo is a special place. Close to town yet a world away. Ground floor entry and on the otherside, the lanai sits 20 feet above the seawall and the Pacific Ocean. Awesome place for morning coffee, evening dinner or night beverages Oh! The sunsets, spinner dolphins and possibly whales, in season! While the village is a casual 20 minute walk, I highly recommend a car. There is free parking usually steps away from my front door. There is also plety of free parking in the village, plus a few pay lots. Taxi's, Lyft, Uber, shuttles and the Kona Trolley are available if you don't drive.
