Location Hawaiian Princess 84-1021 Lahilahi Waianae, HI 96792 This mid-floor beachfront condo at the Hawaiian Princess comes complete with a spectacular sunset ocean view from the lanai. The condo has been remodeled with the best of everything. Amenities include a deluxe fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops and a stainless steel apron sink. The bathroom has a cherrywood vanity complimented with a vessel sink. It also features a walk-in shower accented in blue pearl granite, travertine rope and a shower panel complete with horizontal body jets. The bedroom features a deluxe hand carved, palm tree themed furniture with a king-size bed with Hawaiian Quilt and shams. The living room has been decorated in tropical colors and rattans that match the cherrywood in the kitchen. It has an elegant and comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper and even a recliner to relax and enjoy listening to the waves or watching your favorite sporting event. The unit also has 2 large flatscreen TV’s with bluray players, air conditioning, new front loading washer and dryer, beach equipment and everything else that you need for your stay in paradise including free WIFI. There is also a pool, hot tub, game room, BBQ area and secure, gated and free parking. Best of all, it is directly on one of the best beaches on the island. Also, this is the sunny, leeward side of the island where the weather is almost always perfect. This is a one bedroom condo with access to the pool, hot tub, bbq area, recreation room, etc. We know that guests like there space and are looking for privacy. We also know that if help is needed there will be someone there to assist. We live just a short distance from the Princess so if you need anything, we are just a phone call away. Away from the crowds of Waikiki. Although there are grocery stores and some restaurants close by, this is not where tourists commonly visit. The highlight of this destination is the beach - one of the very best on the island. A rental car is highly recommended, but the building is close to bus service. Parking is secure and free. There is AC in the unit, but it is on an older system. Most of the time mother nature in the form of the trade winds keep the condo very pleasant even without any AC going, but if you need icy-cold temps in the 60's this building is probably not your place.
