Includes private washer and dryer room, mud room, and private deck facing the lake. OPEN YEAR ROUND: Fully equipped with forced-air propane furnace plus new electric baseboard heating in bedrooms and energy-efficient windows. All other times of year are 3-night minimums with check-in any day of the week! BRING TOWELS: The one thing we do not provide are your bath or beach towels, so please plan to bring your own. WIFI: Internet speeds average between 35-45 Mbps download and 4-6 Mbps upload. These are blazing fast speeds not just for the UP, but anywhere! FISHING BOAT RENTAL (May - Sept): We have a 15-ft Mirrocraft Pro Striker Fishing Boat with 30hp Honda 4-stroke, steering wheel, live well, trolling motor, and Helix fish finder. This is a great, easy to operate boat for this lake for new and experienced boaters. Great for fishing or or riding! You must call or email us if booking through AirBNB to reserve these separately. PONTOON RENTAL (May-Sept). We have a 20ft South Bay Pontoon available for reservation. It's perfect for fishing or for cruising around the lake.
