Unwind at a peaceful cabin. Located 6 minutes north of Sugarloaf. This private spot is across from the Bigelow Preserve, close by to the Appalachian Trail head, bike trails, and Flagstaff Lake. There are three bedrooms including a master bedroom with queen size bed & TV, second bedroom has full-size bed & TV, and the third has twin size bunk beds. Downstairs is an open concept living area and kitchen. The yard features a fire pit. Cozy up to the woodstove if you wish and enjoy the scenery. The space The house is approximately 720 square feet. The yard is private. The driveway is a quick incline that is kept plowed and sanded. The well water is safe but it high in iron, under the kitchen sink is a drinking water filter for the cold water. There is AC in upstairs for summer months. Guest access The entire space. Other things to note The physical address is 13 Trillium Loop Wyman Twp, ME, however, online maps has the road name as Emerson road. It is six minutes north of the Sugarloaf.
