Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. I live in a 4 bedroom house and am renting three rooms. You will have full access to the living room and kitchen which has an Alexa waiting to be asked a joke. One thing I will add is that I am a resident physician and can appreciate coming home to a nice clean and quiet setting after a long day at the hospital. You will have your privacy, but all I ask is that you respect the house because it is my first house. Other things to note - Internet: AT&T fiber optic connection that comes with 1000 Mbps - Washer and Dryer: New Samsung flex washer and dryer (basically they can wash/dry one large and small load at the same time) - Security Alarm: ADT - Pest control: Homestead (so if you have any issues with bugs let me know and they will come take care of it) - Pet: I do have a husky with epilepsy. I do keep him with me in the back half of the home for the most part and he will not come to the front of the house where the kitchen, bedrooms, and meditation room are located. - House rules: no smokers, drugs, or excessive alcohol (I understand a long night and you want that bottle of wine). Please do not eat or drink in the room. Basically this is not a party house. You are able to bring guests over, but try not to be too rowdy to respect the space of others.
