Beautiful bedrooms with high-quality linens and spacious rooms. Bathroom has a tub and vanity lights, newly updated. Screened in side porch, large back deck, fire pit in backyard, large living room, dining room, updated kitchen, laundry, driveway and off street parking. Very close driving distance to Turner Field, World Trade Center, Phillips Arena, Downtown Atlanta, Midtown and Virginia Highlands. I am a native Atlantan and welcome you to our city and my home! ~~Brand new kitchen with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new French door cabinets, washer/dryer combo and a large walk-in pantry. Coffee maker, butcher block, oven and all necessary utensils and dishes are provided. ~~Large dining room with a bay window, hardwood floors and seating for 6. ~~Large living room with a brand new beautiful couch for three, two large chairs and an ottoman for additional seating. Door off living room leads to screened-in porch ~~Large master bedroom with a queen bed, pillow top mattress, 400 thread count sheets. ~~Office w futon that can sleep one, or two smaller pp comfortably. ~~Beautiful, newly updated bath with tub, and vanity lights and plush linens. ~~ Screened-in porch with seating for 4 – loveseat, two chairs and a coffee table. Idyllic backyard with stone path leading to a fire pit with seating for 5. ~~All utilities included: gas, water, trash, electricity, tv, wireless internet. * In case it is of concern, I have a dog that is with me about half the month. Guest access Parking, fenced in backyard, washer/dryer. Other things to note The second bedroom has a futon for a bed. It is of great quality and sleeps 2 very comfortably. Also, closet space is very limited in my home. I keep my master closet locked. For hanging items I will have a rolling rack in the office/second bedroom as well as a short hanging rack in the laundry room.
