And again, Strelitzia augusta and Strelitzia nicolai, jasmine and fragrant flowers that intoxicate the air, grapefruits of a thousand colors that smell of vanilla and coconut, Sicilian citrus fruits, ancient cast iron statues, vegetation of subtropical origin such as papaya and mango. The Mediterranean flavor of its being is contrasted by European efficiency in terms of centralized and autonomous heating/cooling, efficient lighting, drinking water and excellent internet signal quality. Guests will be greeted with DOC zibibbo wine, made from zibibbo grapes, introduced by the Phoenicians to Pantelleria, a Sicilian island, where almost all of the national production is still cultivated. From this, a straw yellow wine with golden reflections is obtained, sweet and with a high alcohol content with a characteristic aroma that goes well with cheeses and dry pastries.
