The villa is covered in amazing wood furniture that suits the outdoors perfectly. The upstairs master bedroom features a private lanai and king bed, as well as a full bath. The second king suite (also upstairs) adjoins to a studio unit with two queen beds. The studio unit also comes with its on kitchenette and separate stairway entrance. Downstairs, there are two more bedrooms - both with king beds. Every room has its own private A/C unit with a separate remote. All A/C units are split system. Room configuration: Downstairs: Bedroom 1 - King size bed with direct access to pool and jacuzzi. Bedroom 2 - King size bed with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom) - King size bed with large walk-in closet, resort-style bath tub, rain shower, and direct views of Kailua Beach. Bedroom 4 - King size bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 - Adjoining bedroom 4, two queen size beds with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Also comes fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, and kitchenette. Guests have access to the entire property. We are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions or needs. We recommend a car to get around. Ride sharing apps are always another option. A 30 minimum lease required for any rental. Please inquire about it. There is option of heating the pool for an extra $250/day, just inquire at time of booking. Theres is also an almost 18% Hawaiian state taxes to be collected upon confirmation.
