Completely renovated in 2010, our condo has all the right amenities for a perfect Maui vacation including a two minute walk to the beach! The only tough choice you'll have is deciding: swim in the pool, walk to the amazing beaches, or check out the stunning sights on Maui? The Maui Parkshore is one of the best located vacation properties on the island. Walk less than two minutes to Kamaole Beach Park III right across the street to take in the amazing sunset! It is well known for its sandy beaches, swimming, snorkeling, and lifeguards on duty. There is a beautifully tiled, heated pool with lounge chairs and 4 professional grade barbecues at our complex. The grassy outdoor common area has picnic tables and shuffleboard. Our condo is fully stocked with beach necessities to make your trip fun and easy (boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc.). Enjoy a meal outside on the large lanai while taking in filtered views of the ocean. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops with an island and bar chairs. The comfortable living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, Roku device, and wifi. The master bedroom has a California king bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be connected to make a king bed and a bathroom down the hall. In the hallway closet is a stacking washer and dryer for your use. Please note: there is no air conditioning in this condo. You will have the two bedroom, two bath condo and lanai to yourself. We love living the aloha life on Maui! There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance to our condo. South Kihei is a great starting location for any activity on the island; whether you are feeling adventurous and want to drive the road to Hana, watch the sunrise from the crater of Haleakala, or snorkel Molokini, South Kihei is central to many amazing destinations! If you just feel like being a beach bum for the day, the three Kamaole beaches are the nicest on Maui! We chose the Maui Parkshore because of its great location. Kamaole III Beach is less than a 2 minute walk directly across the street and also has large grass areas for outdoor fun. Lifeguards are on patrol during the day, and you are sure to see a sea turtle (or two) swim by! Keawakapu Beach is half a mile down the road and is connected to a beautiful walk along the Wailea coast - a very popular paved trail. There are different modes of public transportation (bus, cabs, etc.). Walking is a great option. You can walk the beach in either direction from our condo as they are all public beaches!
