Just a short stroll away from spectacular Pan Dulce Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Both bedrooms have orthopaedic mattresses, fresh linens and towels and mosquito nets. Rooms have easy access to a private bathroom, watch the monkeys as you shower! The space This cute and comfortable nest is the perfect home base to set off on your jungle adventures or to simply hang out, relax and take in the amazing nature that surrounds the entire home. Ideal for Singles, couples, families and groups up to 4. The house is recently built, very functional, clean and comfortable. It’s well thought-out floor plan is open to the jungle providing beautiful views all around and a fresh breeze. Wooden shutters or rain/shade curtains on all sides for more protection from the elements. *There is a separate unit downstairs where caretakers or we will be living throughout your stay. My family and I live downstairs usually between February - July. We hope that this will serve as a plus to our guests, for extra security, cleaning, maintenance and a helping hand when needed. The property has a gentle slope, is surrounded by rainforest, and borders a stream that flows nearly year round. Many fruit trees have been planted and are now giving fruit. A great and unique opportunity to see many of the Osa’s diverse species of plants and animals up close without even stepping off the property! Guest access Guests can access the entire top floor of the house, which is its own private unit, via the outdoor staircase. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING : ~ We’re located 30-45 minutes from Puerto Jimenez - the closest place to buy food, gas, and supplies. We recommend you stock up with anything you might need throughout your stay and gas up before heading here. There are a couple of restaurants around our neighbourhood. ~ We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle, especially in the rainy season. ~ You will be living in an open-air space that may be more exposed to nature and its elements than you’re used to. ~You will be living off-grid, which means reducing energy consumption and sometimes having a very rare power outage. Our solar system cannot support high energy consuming appliances. ~ If you’re here to surf, we ask that you’re respectful, safe and courteous in the waves :) ~ From around February to July we will be living downstairs with our 1.5 year old girl. She’s usually quiet and sleeps through the night :) We hope to co- exist peacefully and respectfully with our guests upstairs.
