3100 sq ft house on golf course surrounded by lovely Hawaiian vegetation. Four large bedrooms: two master bedrooms with en suite bath on upper level and 2 bedrooms on lower level with shared full bathroom. There's also a queen sofa bed in the Aloha Room. Fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, screened in lanai, bbq grill, game room with ping pong table, beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, sand toys, cooler and beach towels) and more. The house's roomy layout offers wonderful places to gather with family and friends or quiet spaces to enjoy reading a book or catching up on emails on our high speed WIFI which is available throughout the house. We have recently installed air conditioning (mini splits) in the master bedroom (Ocean Room ) and upper living area (living room/dining room/kitchen). There are portable ac units for the other 3 bedrooms. The Family Room and Game Room are equipped for hours of fun and hanging out--65" TV with cable, ping pong, games, board games. The whole house is rented. The house has 2 levels and lots of lanais to sit on to hear birds sing or even a rooster crow. The layout offers lots of privacy for each of the 4 bedrooms. We have an on- island host, Valerie, who will contact you prior to your arrival and will be available throughout your stay. She, also, provides concierge services during your stay (fees may apply). Quiet, residential neighborhood...live like a local for a short time! Parking in driveway only for up to 3 cars. less than mile to grocery store and restaurants in the Princeville Center. If you are travelling with small children, we have pack 'n plays, booster seats, safety gate for the top of the stairs. Our golf course view has been converted to a 18 hole Disc Golf Course. Day pass is $30, 5 day pass is $100 per person. 4 adult bikes are available for riding around Princeville’s bike paths to restaurants or to see the sunset from the bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
