Come stay steps from all of the restaurants & shops on Beekman Street, short walk to Broadway/Downtown and a short 5 minute drive to the Track & SPAC! Sit & relax on the porch or walk to all the best Saratoga has to offer! Guests will have full access to this apartment w/ free high speed internet, a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, a separate driveway for parking & a washer/dryer. All linens, towels and starter supplies included. The space Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom NON SMOKING home is located in the heart of Downtown Saratoga Springs! This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with another unit upstairs (let us know if you would also like to rent the upstairs unit as well and we can check availability). Our kitchen is equipped with pots/pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, mugs etc. however please know that outside of the "essential" spices & condiments... you will want to plan to purchase any additional items you may need to cook with throughout the duration of your stay. If there is something specific that you would like, please ask! *Please note there is an apartment located above this unit that will likely have guests during your stay. Guest access This apartment is in a very central downtown location, you can walk, bike or drive/uber to anywhere you would like to go! We have a private driveway in the back of the house with up to 4 parking spaces. Please note that this driveway is shared between this apartment & the upstairs apartment. There is also ample street parking in front of the house. Please note, it is alternate side parking and cars will need to be moved by 8am, every day except Sunday. Make sure to check the street signs for additional information on this. Other things to note This is a smoke free home and it also important to note that there is a 10pm noise ordinance in the city of Saratoga Springs so please be respectful of the neighbors while outside and when you are coming and going from the apartment. There is an upstairs apartment where guests may also be staying so we kindly ask that you are mindful of that.
