The suite is attached to the house but is completely private with separate entrance, patio, and yard. Located in a quiet rural welcoming community. We clean, sanitize, and fully launder the room after each and every guest. *Please check winter weather conditions before arrival. *A clear profile photo is required The space The room has an air conditioner and a nice queen bed with a desk, and kitchenette area with stocked with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig. Coffee, creamer and dinnerware provided. PATIO Outside on your private patio, there is a dining area with a weber style grill for cooking, an outdoor sink setup with electric water pump for washing dishes, and a fireplace for relaxing. SHARED SPACES There are no shared spaces. Only you and accompanying guests have access to your room, patio, and yard. The door is locked on both sides between your room and the main house. LAUNDRY There is a cold-water outdoor washing machine with a small dryer and small clothesline behind the wooden fence. It is good for small to medium loads. Ask Kevin to turn on the water when you want to use it. ATTACHED UNIT The suite is attached to the main house. A door separates the room and is locked on both sides with additional soundproofing. We do our best to take great care in preserving your privacy and keep quiet though you may hear us moving about occasionally. We can add amenities depending on your needs. Just let me know. More about Lewiston: It is located in the very rural and beautiful Trinity County. The town sits on the Trinity River and is a popular spot for fishing, hiking, and nature loving. It has a small adorable historic down town area with a historic cemetery, church, and schoolhouse which is open to the public a couple days a week. This town is a real find when it comes to rural historic towns in Northern California. Weaverville is the next town over. They have a grocery store, some restaurants, pharmacy, and electric vehicle charging stations. I go there often. Guest access SHARED SPACES There are no shared spaces. Cell phone reception is limited in my rural mountain town. AT&T cell service is the only service that works in Lewiston though Verizon and other carriers work in the next town of Weaverville and surrounding areas. There are places in Lewiston where you can get a signal using those other carriers located closeby. Please ask if interested. PARKING Parking in front of the house is easy for any size vehicle, rv, or trailers, all fully viewable from your room window. There is a water hose available that you can turn on in front of the house. The faucet is outside below/next to your window. If the nightime solar lights are bothering you please feel free to turn them off or let me know and I will take care of it. Smoking is allowed outside. There is a security camera viewing the street in front of my house. It is not near the room or is it viewing any common or private areas.
