Studio Apartment with Parking

Our house is located in a quite and safe historical neighborhood in Woodley Park. It is located within a walking distance, about 5 minutes walking, to Woodley Park Metro Station, Smithsonian's National Zoo, and many restaurants and bars. There is a separate entrance at the rear side of the house, and a parking space available near the entrance. Our place is ideal toward people staying here for work. No extra guests other than requested and no party or smoking allowed. No pet allowed. The space This is a cozy English basement unit with a private parking spot in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This place is ideal for one or two people but a third person is welcomed as there id a sleeper sofa, as well as extra bedding. A shared laundry room is available right next to the unit and also a dedicated parking space is available. If you are aware of DC parking situations, this is a huge plus in D.C. You can park your car and simply take the metro to anywhere! Fully equipped kitchen, full bath, free laundry, wireless internet, free parking, a smart TV (+ basic cable channels), kitchen supplies and toiletries. Please note that no seafood is allowed. We also provide coffee, tea, basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, pepper, etc. Early check-in and/or late check-out available upon request. Guest access Private kitchen, bathroom, parking, entrance and a shared laundry room. Baby friendly items such as a Pack N Play, a high chair, baby shampoo, etc. are available. Other things to note I would like to point out that we have 2 toddlers walking/running/screaming around the house, especially on weekends, so you might hear some background noises (could be my husband too). However, they are at school on weekdays and go to bed early that you won't hear anything at night. Regarding parking, feel free to use the garage which is not designed for a big vehicle such as a pick up truck or RV.
