BED SIZES: Bedroom 1: One (1) Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Two (2) Twin Beds Air conditioning in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, coffee pot, utensils, and dishes. Starter supplies (toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, hand soap, paper towels, shampoo / conditioner, body wash, coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper) are provided at the start of each stay. Guests are responsible for providing continued supplies for the duration of their stay. Unit has WIFI and YouTube TV access. Sign on to your own Netflix, Roku, Hulu, Showtime, Crackle, You Tube app at your own convenience. Guests will have access to coined laundry outside of unit. We are minutes away from University of Hawaii, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Downtown, and Waikiki. Location is a 1 minute walk from the new UH Hale Mahana dorms and 5 min walk to UH campus. Surrounding area has numerous eateries within walking distance as well as larger stores like CVS, Walgreens, and Down to Earth. Unit has its own dedicated parking stall. Unit is also located near bus line. Please note that the unit is in a family friendly building with residents of all ages. Community sound may resonate. Surrounding neighborhood is comprised of mostly local residents. You may hear families or children playing in the neighborhood. You may also hear the laundry facilities during use. Unit is in a fenced building with security cameras. No parties allowed. As this is a residential neighborhood, quiet hours are strictly enforced. Additional guests after 4 people will be charged accordingly.
