You will enjoy privacy and the jungle feeling as you are surrounded by undeveloped lots. Quiet, except for the birds, frogs, and distant sounds of the ocean. Enjoy avocados when in season. You will have full access of the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home outdoor area under the carport or in the beautifully landscaped yard including fruit trees. I live on the mainland. There is also a golf course in Hilo and several swimming beaches. Visit Richardson Beach, Coconut Island, and beautiful Queen Liliuokalani Gardens. You will need a rental car for traveling in the area. Drive down Goverment Beach Road. See the newest black sand beach at Isaac Hale Beach Park also known as Pohoiki Beach.
