Chefs Kitchen: The Chefs’ kitchen is complete with double Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers, Dacor double oven, Miele convection oven, Thermador grille, two Bosch dishwashers, and a six-burner gas range in the large granite topped island. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and serving items for 30+ guests. Dining Spaces: Our formal dining room seats 24 between two big formal tables. The breakfast nook immediately next-door seats another 4. The pub table off the kitchen seats another 4. All rooms feature exquisite louvered windows with vineyard or river views. HOUSE RULES: Maximum occupancy for vacation rentals is limited to 30 guests overnight. Additional day time guests may be allowed with permission. There is a $100 per person, per night charge for each overnight guest in excess of 16. You will be required to read and sign a vacation rental contract to secure your booking. All guests staying at or visiting the home must be registered. No pets allowed at any time.
