You can choose from a variety of comfortable beds including a grand KING bed, QUEEN bed, trip BUNK bed, twin DAY bed with a pull-out twin trundle, and even a unique yellow futon bed/couch in the grand living room. The large fully equipped kitchen has a HUGE dining table that can seat up to 12 guests. Plus, there's a full-size washer and dryer available for your use in the house. The garage has been converted into a game entertainment room with a pool table, foosball table, and card game table. It even has its own portable AC machine to keep you cool during those heated games. In the back, you'll find a furnished SUN ROOM that's perfect for relaxing in the evening. And, you can take a walk or a run around the HUGE grassy fenced back yard. Don't forget the Smart TVs in every room, which allows you to log in with YOUR own Netflix or Hulu accounts and watch more movies and shows. With plenty of parking on the premises and a quiet residential neighborhood, you're sure to have a memorable stay at our Long Beach vacation home. Guests have complete access to the entire house, including the bonus sunroom, dedicated game room, and spacious private backyard. You can park your vehicle on the long cement driveway located on the right-hand side of the house. Our residential neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. We understand that communication is key to a successful stay, so we are committed to being responsive and available to our guests. We can be reached via text, phone call or Airbnb message and are always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. We also respect our guests' privacy and will not interrupt your stay unless absolutely necessary. However, if you need anything at all or have any questions about the property or the area, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we will do our best to make sure that happens. Our large house is nestled in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood, just a short 4-minute drive (1.2 miles) to the soft sandy beaches of LONG BEACH. Enjoy the nearby attractions including restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Explore the local history at the historic district or take a stroll in the park. Experience the Gulf Coast's famous seafood and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. A car is recommended to get around Long Beach and neighboring cities. Our house is conveniently located just a few blocks (1.2 miles) from the beautiful sandy beaches of Long Beach. In addition, we are within a short drive to popular attractions such as the Island View Casino (2.9 miles), the new Aquarium (4.1 miles), Lynn Meadows Discovery Museum (7.3 miles), Biloxi Coliseum (11.1 miles), Keesler (15.2 miles), Beau Rivage Casino (15.9 miles), and many downtown restaurants and attractions. As a reminder, our property is strictly a no-party zone. Any guests found to be holding parties or hosting events will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement, and their deposit money will be forfeited. We provide Wi-Fi as a complimentary amenity, but please note that weather conditions can affect its performance. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if the Wi-Fi is not available during your stay.
