Our charming three-bedroom duplex in Andersonville is steps to the beach, antique shopping, and so many food options - plus, with a billiards table and wet bar in the basement and plenty of outdoor space, you may not even want to leave! With two full bathrooms and bedrooms on both floors, it's an ideal space for those traveling as a group, or with children. We're about a half-hour from the Loop on public transit, and it's just a couple stops south to get to Wrigley Field - book today! Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable. 2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay. 3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty. 4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises. 5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. 6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal. 7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee. 8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule. 9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. You'll have full access to my 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, as well as access to the rear patio, shared with the upstairs neighbors. I give my guests space but I am available when needed.
