This apartment is situated in the basement of an apartment building that sits in a quiet neighborhood with a variety of single-family homes and small apartment buildings just two blocks from NDSU and a short drive from Downtown Fargo. There's plenty of parking around the building on the streets as well as parking lots in front and behind the building. Lots are first come first served.
