All the furniture is brand-new and modern. There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, a Television equipped with Netflix, complimentary coffee, and a full kitchen. The bedroom is fitted with 1200 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. We offer a queen air mattress for 2 additional guest. We are adjacent to Basil Park, complete with a large playground, and within 2 miles of Smeck Park which makes this stay perfect if you are traveling with little ones. Other things to note The Boho Cozy Suite is located in the top floor of our duplex. Due to the nature of this, we are not handicap accessible and stairs are require to enter. I also ask that you be mindful of having downstairs neighbors, no running jumping, loud music, etc. and adhere to a strict no house party’s rule. ** Stays of 3 WEEKS or longer, have required midway courtesy clean**
