Our place can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests as per building management rules. Also please note that there is a security deposit of PHP1,000 and will be returned back by the admin office if no violations of the building rules are committed. The space Fully furnished with one double size bed with pullout and a sofa bed, with sheets, bedding, and pillows. Basic toiletries provided. There's a kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Dining area can seat four. Utensils and kitchen appliances are available for you to use. With WIFI so you can work remotely and relax at the same time. There’s also a Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite Netflix movies and shows. We also added a bluetooth speaker with 2 microphones so you can have karaoke nights with your love one! We’ve also added a Playstation 4 for the gamers at heart! And our favorite area is by the window while having coffee and enjoying the best view of Taal Lake. Amenities : Condo amenities like swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. are available for guests with a fee per guest. Fees are imposed by Wind Residences and fees changes without prior notice. Just let us know so we can buy the vouchers for you ahead of time since there's only limited vouchers available specially during weekends. You can provide the materials or we can buy and set it up for you for a small fee. Other things to note FOR EARLY AND LATE CHECKIN THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL 300Php. Tagaytay has very limited public transportation when nightfalls specially during weekends and the care taker will have to walk 10 kms to get home. Please include heavy traffic in your travel time. 2 towels provided. Parking fee frequently change depends on availability.
