We charge 100 USD / night per extra bedroom. The price will vary when you add more guests Example : if you need 2 bungalows - fill up 4 guests……If you need 3 bungalows - fill up 6 people etc…. Escape to Stranded Villas Ubud for your Bali getaway! Stranded Villas Ubud is discreetly tucked away in the traditional Balinese village of Pejeng, just a 10mn drive from Ubud center. It is a great way to experience true Bali life in a comfortable and modern setting. The property features 4 bungalows (4 air conditioning bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms) an open-air living area, a limasan featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with an uninterrupted view of property overlooking valley of Pejeng. Outdoor space: Infinity swimming pool overlooking the jungle (12x3 meters) and a Balé Gazebo in a lush 2400 sqm of tropical gardens with high trees. It’s a PRIVATE HOUSE / PRIVATE HOUSE. We never share the space with other guests! Depending on the season and time of day, neighbors (and their noises!) may include the local roosters, chickens, cows, monkeys, geckos, crickets, mosquitos, ants, snails and other insects. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE VILLA RATES • Linen and Towels: Bed sheets are changed every 3-4 days, and towels every 2 days. All linens and towels are brand new as of January 2024. • Mineral Water: A dispenser is available for unlimited use. Please notify the staff when it needs a refill. • Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is available throughout the villa. • Entertainment: Access to international TV channels. • Breakfast: Optional breakfast is available upon request for 100,000 IDR per person. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon with the owner. This allows time for inventory checks and the preparation of the villa for the next guests. Check-in is from 3:00 PM unless there are no prior guests, in which case an earlier check-in may be possible. For late check-outs after 11:00 AM, please inform us at least two days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES We are not liable for any injuries, deaths, thefts, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or while participating in any sports or tourist activities. Please supervise young children at all times in the pool area. If needed, a pool fence can be arranged at an additional charge, with a quotation provided upon request. DISCLAIMER We are not responsible for unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, neighborhood noise, power or water outages, sounds from animals (e.g., roosters or dogs), or music from traditional ceremonies. PET POLICY While we love pets, they are not permitted in the villa.
