The apartment is located in a two-family home and occupies the entire top floor. Near trains stations are the JMZ and L. The space The room is 72 square feet with a futon that folds out to a bed (69Lx 38Wx14.6H) with a removable cooling & breathable mattress topper pad ultra soft & fluffy! The top floor will be shared with myself and another person who is renting out a room. Total of 3 rooms. I also have a 9 month Pomeranian who lives with me. The small room is located next to mine and the other room is located on the other side of the apartment by the bathroom. From the small room there is a hallway that leads to a separate entrance to the shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
