Renting out my lovely 35m2 flat located at 7mn away from Republique and Belleville, 1mn away from Goncourt (M.11) and many buses. Simple and cozy, you will have all you need for your stay in Paris. Important information : this is my personal flat, i am not an airbnb pro, so there are personal stuff in it, and it is not a hotel service :) The space All you need next to the flat. A delicious bakery 1mn away (urban bakery), lots of restaurants (good pizza downstairs, or try ravioli est for cheap and super tasty raviolis) and bars. For the noise, I have my flat located part street/ part inside the building, but no worries it is very calm. You can hear police and ambulance sirens sometimes. You have a comfy bed (140x190) and a cozy couch. I have a bamboo vapor cooker though. And of course a fridge. Also starting january 2024, on monday, tuesday, wednesday, thurday, friday morning, they can be some noises due to works in the building. It is not necessary everyday, cannot know in advance when. It is not that noisy, but can wake you up if you are a late sleeper.
