It has a large infinity pool with temperature control, shared only with guests of our second apartment. You can also use pool table and darts on the 20 m2 terrace, shared with guests of our second apartment. House is located in a small village Nemira, just 100m from the beach with the crystal clear sea. Apartment is on the second floor of the house, 110 m2 size with two bedrooms and is air conditioned. You can use its comfortable 20 m2 size terrace and three balconies, all with the great sea view. Apartment has a private grill. You can also use a pool table and darts in the yard shared with guests of our other apartment. Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet vacation and it's located just 3 km from the center of town Omi . Apartment has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, one toilet and two spacious bathrooms. Living room and has an LCD TV with sattelite channels. Both bedrooms have a cozy double bed and living room has a sofa bed for two people. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dish washer, stove, owen, kettle, coffe machine and fridge with freezer so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal. Both bathrooms have a shower and hair dryer. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available too. Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance. You also get a free parking spot in the yard of the house. All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge. You are allowed to smoke on the terrace, balcony and open areas. Pool is available from 1st May to 1st November. Pool working hours is 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance. We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people. For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel. Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible. ***** Guest access: You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony and terrace. You can also use pool table and darts in the shared area. ***** The neighbourhood: Nemira is a small tourist village located 3 km South of town Omi and about 25 km southeast of Split. It's connected to Omi with a seafront promenade which is ideal for night walks. The place is located a few hundred meters below the main road so there are no large crowds. In the village you can find several supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, taverns and cafe bars. There are two beaches that are beautiful, pebble and sandy with pine trees providing natural shade and are also suitable for families with small children. You can also rent a boat, water ski, jet ski... ***** Getting around: The best way to get to us is by car.
