Ps: I am not renting the kitchen because of Covid, but there are plenty of restaurants in the city :) Other things to note House Rules: We are generally very relaxed hosts; however, a few rules have been added following rare guest situations. Safety & Fire: -The use of candles, incense, oil burners, open flames, or the burning of wood, charcoal, or any fuel inside the property is strictly prohibited. -Smoking or vaping inside the property is not permitted. Use of the Property: -The property is for residential use only. -Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. -Commercial activities (including meetings, filming, or photoshoots) are prohibited. -Furniture and household items must not be rearranged or moved between rooms. -Tampering with alarms, detectors, or electrical systems is not permitted. Guests & Noise: -Only registered guests are permitted on the property. -Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not allowed (additional fees will be charged) -Quiet hours must be respected (no noise after 10pm). -In the event that noise complaints are received from neighbors or building management, additional fees may be charged. Appliances & Utilitiesy: -Appliances and equipment must be used only as instructed. -Guests may not bring additional cooking, heating, or electrical devices unless authorized -The use of cooking devices in the rooms, including but not limited to rice cookers, air fryers, hot plates, or similar appliances, is strictly prohibited. Cleanliness & Care: -The property must be left in reasonable condition. -Waste must be disposed of appropriately. -The use of hair dye, staining products, or strong chemicals inside the property is prohibited. -Any damage must be reported immediately. -Bathroom window should be opened after every shower Security & Access: -Appartment doormust be locked when leaving the property. -Keys and access codes must not be copied or shared. -Lost or unreturned keys will result in a replacement fee of CHF 200 for the house key and CHF 50 for the room key, to cover replacement and security costs. Pets: -Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.
