You will be booking a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with Full Kitchen. The rates will vary depending on 2 factors: 1) View category of your reservation: Mountain, Ocean view, or Oceanfront 2) Season of your dates: holidays and winter weeks are more expensive. Spring break, President's week in Feb etc. are all holiday weeks. The booking process is to first ask for availability and request quote for a particular view category (Mountain, Ocean view or Oceanfront). Depending on what is available for certain dates, than the booking can be done. Nobody owns any specific Unit, but they are all same from inside. Only major difference is the view. The view will be clearly disclosed when the rate is quoted to you as well as whether it is in Lahaina Tower or Napili tower or it is floating and it can be in either tower. In any case, your booking will be in the newer section with full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the condo. All resort facilities and amenities of the Marriott maui Ocean Club will be available to you.
