Located on the third and top floor (without a lift) in a modern building, it is equipped with large sliding windows and a large 30 m2 terrace furnished with table and chairs. The kitchenette is complete with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher machine. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom, sofa bed in the living room and as well as a bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, Hair drier, iron and ironing board, hot / cold air conditioning, throughout the house. It is ideal for a beach holiday or to enjoy a relaxing stay in a refined residential area with the comforts of a super-equipped apartment. Guest access Guests will be independent in their apartment and will not share other spaces other than the entrance and the staircase to access. They can take advantage of a large free public parking located in front of the structure or they can reserve a garage for € 5 per night. Other things to note The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Ragusa equal to € 1,50 per night / person is not included in the total balance, counted only for the first 15 nights and exclusively for those over 12 years old. It will be paid by card or cash at check-in. In winter period from October to April, with a minimum stay of 28 nights, an additional contribution for electricity consumption of € 0.45 kWh is required. Where applicable, the price never includes the tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Ragusa amounting to €1,50 per night for each guest over 12 years old, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive days of stay. Please note that on arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200, to guarantee the perfect condition of the flat. At the time of departure, a joint check of the flat will be carried out to verify its condition and, if this is positive, the deposit paid will be returned.
