This brand new non-smoking pet-free condo was completely renovated as of June 2014 and is part of the beautiful Hale Kamaole Resort which is in the most southern part of sunny Kihei. You can see the ocean from every window!!! Relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the lanai. There is just under 1000 square feet of living area in this very spacious condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Tile and hardwood are featured throughout the condo and there is absolutely no carpet. Six adults can definitely sleep comfortably. Everything in the condo is brand new. We have spent the last year rebuilding and refurnishing the unit. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout the condo, as well as, on the lanai. The vaulted ceiling adds to the spaciousness of the condo. Walk across the street to the large grassy park area and enjoy breathtakingly beautiful sunsets or watch the whales. Spend the day at the Kamaole III State Beach Park which is just steps away from the resort. There are local restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance of the Hale Kamaole and the resorts and Shops at Wailea are minutes away by car. The Hale Kamaole has a tennis court, two swimming pools, large barbecues, and beautifully landscaped grounds with palm trees, hibiscus, birds of paradise and plumeria trees. There is an activities concierge right on site to take care of your tour and special activity planning. The airport in Kahului is just 25 minutes away. You are also only 40 minutes away from Lahaina and Kaanapali. A $200 USD deposit is required to reserve the unit, with the balance due 60 days prior to your arrival date during high season and 30 days prior to arrival during low season.
