Gorgeous, remodeled 1 bedroom condo in a peaceful complex! *8 minute walk to beautiful Napili Bay & Honokeana Cove. *4 minute drive to Kapalua. *6 minute drive to Montage Kapalua Bay. *20 minute drive to Old Lahaina. Ground floor unit.…no carrying luggage up and down the stairs. Relax on the lanai and watch the beautiful Maui sunsets! Portable A/C in the bedroom. Free WiFi and parking onsite. Enjoy the full kitchen so you can cook "at home". We fell in love with this location because it feels like we are living like locals while visiting. You can walk to several delicious restaurants, as well as some of the island's most beautiful beaches! We think you'll find the condo to be very comfortable with the king sized bed in the bedroom and the pull out sofa in the living room. We have a full kitchen with a coffee maker, dishes, silverware and pots and pans if you choose to cook. There will be travel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap to get you started during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai, opening up to the green space. If you need to do some laundry during your stay, there is a laundry facility onsite. $2.00 per standard wash load and $2.25 for a super cycle. It is $.50 per 8 minutes of drying time. Prices subject to change. The machines use the Wash Connect App (available online). This is a NO SMOKING unit! Smoking is prohibited in the condo or on the lanai. The complex does not allow smoking in common areas. There are 2 designated smoking areas, which you will see on the complex map inside the condo. You will have access to the entire condo and its lanai. There’s also a community area with a pool, BBQ and picnic table for you to enjoy. You will have one designated parking spot onsite. Our complex is low key and comprised of a mix of long term residents and vacationers like yourself! It is a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. We are walking distance to The Gazebo, which is well known for it's delicious breakfasts and beautiful views! We are an 8 minute walk to Napili Bay, a 20 minute walk to Kapalua Bay, and a 5 minute drive to Kapalua Golf Courses. We recommend renting a car during your visit. Once you are at the condo, you can walk to beaches and restaurants. There is a bus stop near by. Taxis and Ubers are available on island. Maui is such a beautiful place, and we think you'll want to explore on your own, so a rental car is very nice to have.
