For guest staying Daily/Weekly, Security Deposit is needed in CASH currency Peso and is refundable, will be returned upon check-out. * 2,000.00php for daily rent * 5,000.00php for weekly rent * Equivalent to 1-month rent for monthly rental. Upon check-out, any missing and damaged items in the unit will be charged towards the security deposit. If checking-in at a different time, please let us know so we coordinate accordingly.
