Het Landhuis: a beautiful, luxury vacation home on the dunes just 3 kilometers from Callantsoog. What a surprise this beautiful bungalow is, with unobstructed views over the countryside. From the path, you can walk across the road and into the dunes, where dogs can run free. Freedom and tranquility, with nature reserve Het Zwanenwater, Callantsoog, the beach and the sea a few kilometers away. The space You have a complete, cozy and fully equipped house at your disposal, with parking, box spring beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, infrared sauna and enclosed terrace with Jacuzzi. In the living room and the three bedrooms, there is an air conditioner (hot and cold). Panoramic views over the countryside and, in spring, flowering bulb fields all around. The house is at the back of the barn. The Zwanenwater is between us and the beach, so the beach is not within walking distance. Between the dunes in front of our house and the Zwanenwater is a fence. Entrance to the Zwanenwater (Nature Reserve) is 2.4 km away. See attached photo. Guest access Jacuzzi is always on during the stay, so it can be used all year round. Other things to note In the high season from April to October, we only rent for 7 nights with Saturday as the check-in day. Check-in time: from 3 p.m. due to changeover day/cleaning Check-out time: 10 a.m. We only rent to families, couples and families. We are surrounded by flower fields and fields, so it is possible that agricultural activities will take place. Max. 2 dogs are allowed, consultation in this is always possible. Please let us know in advance if dogs are coming. There are 2 parking spaces at the cottage. In consultation, a 3rd car can be parked with us. On request at no extra cost: *Children's camping bed excl. bedding * High chair (Tripp Trapp) * Baby seat (Brand: Ding) Includes: €70 cleaning fee €150 deposit (does not have to be paid, but we can claim it through Airbnb if necessary) When bringing your own bedding: The two double beds are 180 x 200 cm, the two single beds are 90 x 200 cm, but a double fitted sheet of 180 x 200 cm can also be used. All duvets are single. (140 x 200 cm) Excluding: For bookings made after May 25, 2024, bed and bath linen is excluded. This can be booked for 12.00 p.p. Tourist tax €2.25 p.p.p.n. Before the arrival date, we will send a payment request for this through Airbnb. This must be paid before arrival.
