Incredibly located Shimla APT is amidst nature yet walking distance from the Mall road. The space The location on a peaceful hill is so central (it is located midway between the Chief Minister’s official residence and the Governor’s House) i.e. 5 mins stroll from the Chief Minister’s residence and 10 mins leisurely stroll from the main shopping area of Mall road. The apartment is at a slightly steep climb of about 250 mtrs from the main Mall road - and cars can drop you upto 10-20ft of the apartment. It is surrounded by natural scenic scape of towering deodar forests. It caters to the need of the present day traveller. There is a large sized bed in one bedroom and a queen sized in the second bedroom and a comfortable living area with couches and dining table. This ground floor apartment on a hill is self-contained with a contemporary bathroom and a convenient and fully operational kitchen. The sitting area at the entrance offers a tranquil place to retire during the day as you sit nestled in the lap of ancient deodars and can be converted into a bonfire spot on cool nights. Guest access The apartment is a hill-home so it is at a slightly steep climb of about 250mtrs from the main road. It is accessible through cars which bring you upto 10-15 ft from the apartment. The apartment is suited to those travelling by car, rail or bus. By Air - The nearest airport is in Chandigarh. The Chandigarh airport is a three hour drive from Shimla. Bus and cabs are readily available at the airport. By Rail - Fast trains run daily from Delhi to Chandigarh and Kalka. From Kalka, train connections on a quaint narrow gauge railway, built in 1903, are available upto Shimla. The travel time is approximately 4 hours. There are number of trains to Chandigarh and Kalka. Bus and cabs are readily available at the railway stations. By Road - Shimla is connected by road from Chandigarh (124 kilometres), from Kalka (110 kilometres) and from Delhi (385 kilometres). The drive from Delhi to Shimla takes approximately 8 hours and from Chandigarh to Shimla, approximately 3 hours.
