Completed in 2019, Palmyrah Surin offers amazing views, close proximity to the Surin beach (300 m), privacy and serenity on the hills of Surin. The brand new luxury condominium has a rooftop pool, a large ground floor swimming pool, and fully equipped gym. Beautiful beaches, a great variety of restaurants and lovely massage saloons are only minutes away. The rooftop lounge invites you to relax, admire the breathtaking view, enjoy the gorgeous sunrises, and swim in the refreshing infinity pool! The space The apartment is approximately 40 sqm, it is well decorated in a modern style and equipped with all the amenities you might need. The large bedroom has a queen-size bed, wardrobe, a desk, air conditioner, safe and the walk-in full-size shower with the essentials like shampoo and body wash provided. Don't worry a hairdryer is also there ;) The kitchen has everything that a chief like you needs for cooking (cutlery, kitchenware, silverware pans, pots, hotplate, toaster, microwave, and kettle). The living room is equipped with its own air conditioner, 43 inch smart TV, the entrance to the private balcony and sofa bed which turns into a full-size bed (see photos). The rooftop swimming pool and gym are accessible from building C, just across the garden. High-speed wifi is provided by the building. This place is our home, so please be respectful to it as it's your own. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please take all garbage to the garbage room by the elevator. Although electricity and water are already included in the price of your stay please be considerate since it's very pricey here on the island. Guest access You are renting the entire place. Surin Beach is only 300 meters away which is an approximately 5-minute walk, Bangtao Beach (another beautiful beach on Phuket) is a 15-minute walk. Closest local restaurants are just 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Grocery/Minimarket store (Family Mart) is 5 minutes away and it's open 24/7. The main street in the area, famous Boat Avenue, is a 10-minute drive where you can find a variety of local shops, bars, and restaurants including the best supermarket on Phuket - Villa Market. Patong Beach and Bangla Road are reachable within a 30-minute drive as well as the international airport.
