Our villa is located in the extremely quiet and private I building, and has perfect sunset views from the lanai. Located on the ground floor, the villa allows you to expand your outdoor living space to the grassy area beyond the lanai. This creates a very spacious and private feel to your villa. No stairs or waiting for an elevator! Our villa sleeps four comfortably. The master suite features a king size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate oversized soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The guest room also has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player, and an adjacent full-size bathroom. The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets, and gorgeous granite countertops. All small appliances, pots and pans, dishware and cookware are included. The dining area is a delightful place for in-unit dining as an alternative to dinner on the lanai. The living area is furnished in upscale tropical décor and opens onto the lanai overlooking the golf course. Enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai may become a highlight of your visit! We have provided all the gear you'll need for a perfect day at the beach, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and an umbrella.
