Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments. CHECK-IN Self Check-In: Available free of charge with our self-check-in system. In-Person Check-In: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee if done after-hours: - After 8:00 PM: €15 - After 10:00 PM: €25 - After 1:00 AM: €50 Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival. This is required to comply with Portuguese law, which mandates that short-term rental hosts report guest information to the Borders Service (AIMA).
