This 1 bedroom suite located in the Executive Centre. FREE parking in a reserved stall is included! It is 15 minutes to Waikiki or the airport. It entire condo has central AC, free wifi. On-site laundry room is on the 3rd floor. If you don’t have a car, no problem, there are bus stops right outside and bikes you can rent. The kitchen has stove, microwave (with convection oven), refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, etc. The bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam Queen bed and sofa couch (folded down to small bed). The sofa couch could sleep 2 kids or one adult. The smart TV has cable TV and Showtime. The bedroom overlooks Tamarind square and a partial ocean view. There’s a desk and chair and 2 lamps. The blinds are blackout blinds. The living room has a full pull out sofa bed. It has the identical smart TV as the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower. Included are extra blankets and sheets. Iron and ironing board are in the closet. You will have full access to the building’s amenities. They have a nice size swimming pool, jacuzzi, and Hukilau restaurant in the lobby. The building has 24/7 security. I have lived on Oahu my entire life and can guide you on the best places to go and eat. Check yourself in at your convenience, there is a keypad on the door. We will give you the code upon check in. Ask about late check out, many times check out at noon is ok. Beach towels also provided It can comforably fit 2-3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 kids. It will be tight for 4 adults The Entire condo is yours. You will be provided with have a fob to get into, swimming pool area. Many attractions and eateries are within walking distance, if not a short ride or drive away.
