Covid-19 Notice: Please be aware that the State of Hawaii and the County of Kauai have established measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 which include a strictly enforced mandatory 14-day quarantine for all arriving Trans-Pacific visitors AND returning residents. Reservations from Trans-Pacific (US Mainland and International) travelers during the restricted dates (currently through 08/31/2020) will not be accepted except from travelers within the State of Hawaii who have been within the State not subject to quarantine and those Trans-Pacific travelers who will have satisfied the mandatory 14-Day Quarantine prior to check in date. Spending quarantine in a vacation rental property is strictly PROHIBITED. On 06/24/20, Hawaii Governor Ige announced a Covid-19 Pre-Travel Testing Program For Trans-Pacific Travelers effective 09/01/20 https://governor.hawaii.gov/newsroom/latest-news/office-of-the-governor-news-release-state-to-launch-covid-19-pre-travel-testing-program-for-out-of-state-travelers-august-1/. The testing parameters have not yet been definitized but the most current public information is available at https://health.hawaii.gov/travel/. Travelers must be prepared to comply with the pre-travel testing program requirements prior to arrival at any Hawaii airport. Any reservations received from non-Hawaii or Trans-Pacific travelers who cannot or will not comply with pre-travel testing program requirements are subject to cancellation/refund.
The Hawaii 14-day mandatory quarantine requirement is currently established through 08/31/20 (but is subject to be periodically extended at the sole discretion of Hawaii Government). Inter-island travelers able comply with airport personnel and/or government security personnel verification requirements can expect to be exempt from quarantine requirements are permitted to book reservations for any dates of stay after 06/15/2020. In the event the mandatory 14-day quarantine period is extended for dates previously reserved or new local restrictions are established, guests will be notified that their reservations are to be cancelled and refunded. Rather than cancel, guests may be offered the opportunity to reschedule subject to possible date restrictions and price adjustment.
The 14-day mandatory quarantine is strictly enforced and inspected on a random basis by the Kauai Police Department with the assistance of Hawaii National Guard. Any guests who arrive on Kauai unable to provide adequate proof of quarantine exemption will have their reservations cancelled without consideration of refund, offered the opportunity to reschedule their stay for a later date, or receive credit toward a future stay. Kauai Real Estate Group LLC, Princeville Vacation Rentals and its affiliates maximum liability for cancellation due to current or future government restrictions is limited to amounts paid to and received by Kauai Real Estate Group LLC and Princeville Vacation Rentals. Bed & Bath
Because both bedrooms feature ocean views and their own private bathrooms, this condo perfect is for two couples (or honeymooners who want a little extra space) looking to get away. It is also great for families, as care has been taken to provide cooking and beach amenities, and the recent remodel and top floor location provides a comfortable and quiet environment.
The master bedroom is practically its own apartment, with a king bed, double closets, and a subway-tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Resort hotels have nothing on this opulent bedroom—especially at this nightly rate!
In the second bedroom, find a queen bed, more ocean views and across the hall a bath with a shower/tub combo.
Note that this vacation rental does not have A/C. Kauai's lovely trade winds, mild temperatures and eco-conscious philosophy make A/C uncommon here. But ceiling fans, open windows, and breezes right off the ocean keep the condo cool and comfortable.
Our well-located spot in Princeville is surrounded by mountains, ocean, and Kauai hospitality. If adventure calls to you, the incomparable Na Pali Coast Trail is about a half-hour drive away. This hike-in only trail introduces you to Kauai’s untouched wilderness and panoramic vistas from 3,000 foot cliffs.
Or grab the boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkeling gear—all of this is provided for you at the condo!—and head to the beach. Lifeguarded Waioli Beach in Hanalei is great for boogie boarding or surfing, followed by a poke bowl from a food truck. Anini features an up-close view of the reef and is great for snorkeling. Both are within 10 minutes of the condo.
Just one mile from home, stock up on dinner ingredients at the Princeville Shopping Center (and grab an iconic shave ice while you’re there). Then use the sunny, modern, fully stocked kitchen to home-cook a meal to share at the ocean-view dining table. The Alii Kai also has a shared BBQ grilling station if you prefer an outdoors meal. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles provide yet another option for dinner.
When the day comes to a close, pull into your free, designated parking spot, take a dip in the shared pool, post your breathtaking vacation photos on the condo’s free WiFi, and wash your bathing suits in the stacked washer and dryer. Mahalo!
