Welcome to Tranquility Holiday Home – a fully equipped, lavish, vacation home facing the world heritage Madu Ganga, within the coastal village of Balapitiya, Mahaladuwa. Our Holiday Home bordering a panoramic body of water, provides a relaxing atmosphere. Only a 40 minute drive from Colombo on the highway and another 20 minutes down Balapitiya Road. The space This is a three storey Holiday Home with 5 deluxe bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor, two on the second floor, with the the final bed room on the third floor with its own adjacent lounge area . All five bedrooms include breathtaking views of Madu River and the tranquil garden surrounding the Holiday Home. The property comes fully furnished. 3 of the bedrooms comprise of two double beds each with other bedrooms consisting of three double beds in one and a queen size bed in the final top most bedroom. Each bedroom has an attached washroom including hot water. The beauty of the surrounding area is breath taking. Spacious Bedrooms and 90 perches garden space, suitably called the. 'tranquil garden'. The property is bounded by the Madu river which goes around the Holiday Home. We always make sure to keep our Holiday Home in mint condition. Guest access They will be able to access any part of the Holiday Home. Whole bungalow and garden is open to guests. Other things to note All rooms are decked with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, linen and towels. The living, dining rooms and pantry are located on the ground floor open on to a long terrace overlooking the Madu river. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large roof top terrace to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and panoramic view of the river. Tranquility offers 2 care takers and a cook who prepares Sri Lankan, Western and Indian cuisines (rations to be provided by the guests.)
