Enjoy this cozy room in a second floor flat in the desirable Eastside of Troy. Within walking distance to Emma Willard School, businesses, and places to enjoy a meal. Only a 6 minute drive to RPI campus. 15 minute drive to Rensselaer Amtrak train station. 19 minute drive to Albany International Airport. If you have time- there are plenty of activities to do in this Historic City. This is a 119 year old house so it still has much of its old charm, please do not expect modern perfection here The space This is Room 1 labeled on the bedroom door. My home does have two indoor cats that travel with me so they may not be there during your stay as I work a lot. I do keep things tidy, but there may be a dish in the sink or cat toys on the floor. Myself or another guest may or may not be home. Only registered guests are allowed into the property. I am always accessible via phone. Guest access The spacious living room, dinning room, bathroom and kitchen are shared with myself or another guest and no a.c. There will be a designated kitchen cupboard for your dry goods and part of the fridge. I offer a kuerig and basic pots and pans for your use. Feel free to use the gas stove or microwave. Please clean up after yourself immediately. Turn off all lights when finished in a room. For long term guests- I have 2 rolls paper towels, garbage bag, toilet paper under the sinks to get you started. Your room is equipped with a 40 inch television with netflix. Wifi password is available in your room. During your stay I am always available via phone Other things to note There is free street parking available everywhere near the property. Street cleaning Wednesday 9am-Noon. Garbage day is Tuesday morning.
