A large side yard and a huge wooded rear yard on a gentle slope that is great for playing in the snow or just enjoying the outdoors. This chalet style home has a large deck around it to sit and enjoy a coffee. Newly remodeled with beautiful solid wood floors and new appliances. All new furniture and mattresses. The home is also professionally cleaned spotless after every stay with all basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, clean linens, towels, coffee, etc supplied. The downstairs master has a very comfy king size bed and its own bathroom and TV. Upstairs is another bathroom and two more bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed and set up with an office space and printer. The last bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. These are a twin over a full and a twin over a twin bed. In the closet is an additional queen size inflatable mattress, extra blankets and electric air pump incase that extra friend wants to come along. A full updated kitchen with all modern appliances is available to cook delicious gourmet meals or just make coffee. The dining table is a handmade work of art. Made from two book matched slabs of silver maple which were cut from a storm damaged tree. The bench fashioned from a single plank of black walnut along with a matching coffee table. Set up with all the comforts a home needs! Reliable High speed wireless internet, cable TV, Netflix, and even Amazon Alexa is available for your use. The home is nice and cozy with central heat, a gas fireplace and additional radiant heaters in two bedrooms if you like it extra toasty. I’m sure you will love to stay here as much as we do! Great for mountain biking, snow shoe, or cross country skiing. Only minutes from the casinos, Heavenly resort and the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Heavenly is the closest ski resort only 5 miles away. Sierra at Tahoe is only a 15 minute drive. Room to park at least 3 cars in the driveway. Lots of street side parking unless limited by winter snow. The fence was damaged in a storm and had to be partially removed. The side yard is currently not enclosed.
