Must have at least 2 reviews to be considered The space The apartment is beautifully designed and includes mostly top-of-the-line appliances and custom-made furniture. Heated tile in winter. Other things to note A few things I should mention about our accommodation: 1-The apartment is not just a rental; it is the apartment I live in but rent out when I go abroad—so please treat it nicely. No Parties. No smoking. 2-The apartment is located in a brand-new building complex with another building that is being constructed across the street and there is potential for construction noise. 3-The building manager has refused to turn on the heaters this winter (2023/2024) for the entire building, but I have heated tile, a heater in the closet, a new heater, and the air conditioner heater. It should be more than enough. I am mentioning these because I don't want to get bad reviews later.
