NEWLY renovated Summer 2023! Welcome to our get away! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do (1200 sq ft + HUGE balcony). This our 2nd home, and we hope you treat it like yours, too! This beach paradise is 60 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Kennedy Space Center. Daytona Beach Airport and Daytona Speedway are 20 minutes away. You will want to return year after year! Our kitchen is REALLY well stocked with dishes, and glasses, and serving platters, cheese tray, fancy salad bowl etc. Cuisnart, blender, fancy Rachel Ray pans. Perfect for cooking! Guests have full use of condo as well as pool and beach access. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and more are available for use in the closet; please wash, dry and return to the closet after use. In case of a rainy day, enjoy board games, wifi, etc. Our spacious balcony accessible from bedrooms and living room provides stunning views of the Atlantic. Ocean swimming not your thing? There's an ocean-front swimming pool and sun deck that leads to private beach access. The beach is no-drive. Parking isn't a worry with a reserved, covered spot. Please note, this is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not permitted in the condo OR on the balcony. Off-site but with reliable help nearby. Available during stay via cell and text. Nearby activities include golf cart, ATV, bike rentals, and surfboard rentals. There are various miniature golf sites nearby, as well as a water park, go-carts, amusement center at the boardwalk, shopping, parasailing. Jet ski rentals and parasailing are in Ponce Inlet, just a short drive South. Stroll to the local pier for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or fishing. There are also numerous restaurants in the Immediate area, some with fresh seafood and live music. Guests ages 5 & up welcome. Must be 25 or older to rent. Trailers prohibited in parking lot.
